4. Why is there no signal from the capture card?

Please ensure the HDCP protection on your host device is turned off before capture, as the card cannot display HDCP-encrypted content.

5. Can this charger power non-Quest devices?

PD charging is designed for the Quest series. Charging for other devices is not guaranteed.

6. Why does charging slow down sometimes?

Quest 2/3 may slow charging in sleep mode or above 65% battery. Unplug and replug the charger to resume fast charging.

7. Why does my Quest 2 drain while plugged in?

The original Quest 2 charger has low power output. For best performance, use an 18W or higher official charger.
