Shipping policy

1. How long does it take to ship?

Total shipping time includes processing time and shipping time, which takes about 7 to 15 business days (excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays and unforeseen circumstances).

Processing Time: 1-2 business days

Shipping Options: 
 • Standard Shipping (12 - 15 days): $7 per item (battery items: $18)  [All fees included]
 • Express Shipping (5 - 7 days): +$40 (not available for battery items) [Duties & taxes excluded]

*Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (excluding battery items)
*Free standard shipping on all items over $100 (including battery items)

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to various countries. Note: Because individual countries need to pay additional tariffs and other fees, please check your country's tariff policy for orders from China before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us.

3. How will my goods be shipped?

Our logistics partner SFC is responsible for the delivery of Syntech products.

4. When can I get tracking information?

Tracking information is usually available within 1 to 3 business days of shipment (excluding preparation time), depending on the delivery method you choose.

5. Can I change my delivery address?

We are unable to change the delivery address once the product is on the way. Please double-check your address information before completing your order.

6. What should I do if the product I received is not what I ordered?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving the wrong product. Please contact our customer service at support@syntechhome.com with your order number and tracking information. We will resolve the issue and replace the wrong item within 24 hours.

7. How long after purchase can I request a refund or exchange?

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of your first purchase.

8. Is 10% off all items?

All items are 10% off except the Spring Limited Edition Gift Box.
