Refund policy

What if I am not satisfied with the product?

  • Quality issues: During the warranty period, we provide replacement or refund services, and the shipping method is the same as the purchase method.

  • Purchased from a third-party retailer: Please contact the retailer directly for after-sales support.

Reissue process

Contact us: Contact the Syntech team at support@syntechhome.com to obtain the return address.

Provide information: Please include the following details in your email:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order screenshot)
  • Reason for return
  • Video or photo of the faulty product
  • Complete delivery address
  • Shipping instructions

Please use a shipping service that provides tracking service.

 

Refund processing

  • Syntech will process the refund within three business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same method as the initial payment.
  • Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the next billing cycle.
