- If the issue persists, try these steps:
- Unplug the receiver and place the microphone transmitter back into the charging case.
- Wait for the transmitter’s light to turn off, then reconnect the receiver.
- Once the receiver’s green light starts flashing, remove the transmitter from the case. This should restore the connection.
The microphone provides 5–6 hours of continuous use on a full charge. When the battery is low, the transmitter will flash a red light, indicating it needs recharging.
- Ensure there are no obstacles between the microphone and the receiver and that they are within the recommended range.
- Avoid using the microphone near strong signal sources like Wi-Fi routers or signal towers, which can cause interference.
- Make sure both the microphone and receiver are fully charged for optimal performance.
- If recording outdoors or in a noisy environment, enable noise reduction mode and attach the windscreen.
